Since every other asshole is posting one. Why not me. Until, I didn't have enough time to finish. But don't worry sports fans. SUS nation would never leave you hanging. Sure, you have probably seen better on the interwebs but no other mock draft is as gritty, blue collar nor offers this tremendous amount of upside.
Without further adieu, jump it for some mock action.

1) Cavs vs. 8) Bulls- The Cavs will destroy this sub-mediocre Bulls team. Lebron will win all 4 games by making all of his mediocre counterparts look good as he has done his entire career. There isn't much more to say here because this is the biggest mismatch in the playoffs. THE PICK: CAVS IN 4

1) Lakers vs. 8) Thunder- The Thunder have had a great season. 50-32 gets you a 4 seed in the East, just ask the Celts. However, it only buys a chance to get wrecked by the NBA's best team out west. Durant has had a special season as he picked up a scoring title. He might have the most complete physical skill set of any player I have ever seen. He doesn't pass quite as well as James but he has a much better pure jump shot. However, although he has nice players around him like Russel Westbrook, he cant possibly have his team be competitive against a perfect team like LA. I know they struggled down the stretch but they have 5 excellent players in their starting lineup. Only one other team in the NBA can say that..... THE PICK: LAKERS IN 4

It's the most wonderful time of the year. It's time for the NHL playoffs. Woooo! The best postseason in sports. All the drama. All the storylines and all the heroes and villains. It's going to be fun couple of months (unless of course, we bear witness to that Devil vs Coyote Stanley Cup Playoff Series). SUS continues it's limited (but hey we tried!) playoff coverage. Let's take a look at the matchups that we'll be seeing late at night at bars over the next 10 days or so. Previews and crap after the jump.

Bit truncated do the whole Santonio Holmes mess but here's some quick notes on the upcoming playoff showdowns in the Western Conference. A couple fairly interesting matchups here with storylines galore. Let's get right to it.

A pattern has emerged with the Devils over the last few years. The season would start with little or no expectations, based on the fact that they lost early in the playoffs the year before and more likely than not, a key free agent or two in the offseason. (If the free agent was a forward, he turned out to be replaceable. If the free agent was a defenseman, he generally was not.) And the Devils would move along from October through early December performing adequately, but not playing well enough to get fans (or me) to think of the weeknights as anything other than time in between Giant games. Then January and February would come, the Giants would lose to the Eagles, and the Devils would play fantastic hockey during one of the worst times in a season to do so. They would generally pull off something along the lines of a 15-3-2 stretch, leaving them nearly atop the league in points with roughly 20 games to play. Then, they would lose a game or two in late February/early March and fans would be sad to see the streak end, but knew that it was inevitable. Unfortunately, the end of the streak would be followed by miserable play all around and the Devils would celebrate spring training and st. patricks day with approximately 2-3 wins over the course of March. They would slide from top team overall to somewhere between seed #2-4. Analysts would consider them dangerous based on their overall record, but true fans would know that if their team walks like a first round exit and looks like a first round exit…

They’re back! The NHL playoffs, the most exciting post season of any sport has returned. All the players will be upping their game, turning the violence up a notch and growing horrifying lumberjack beards (or at least try). Here is a breakdown of the Eastern Conference Matchups sans the New Jersey Devils vs Philadelphia Flyers which special guest poster Devo will be handling. If he does not post, I will gladly take the time to deuce all over those two teams.
