MLB Hit or Miss May 2nd, 2019

Tough 1-2 the other night, but that’s the beauty about addiction. I know we can win that money back tonight.

Boston Red Sox @ Chicago White Sox

Starting Pitching: David Price vs Lucas Giolito

O/U: 9.0

Battle of the Sox tonight in the south side of Chi Town. The Red Sox have been on fire after sweeping the A’s in Boston. They have scored at least 5 runs in three straight games and haven’t allowed more than 4 in 4 of their last 5. White Sox pitcher Lucas Giolito has an ERA of 5.30 and has not pitched more than 5 innings since opening day. Plus, he hasn’t pitched since April 17th and he should be rusty out of the gate. Meanwhile, Mookie Betts has been playing like the AL MVP he was last season and JD Martinez has been one of the best batters in baseball. JD is batting .312 and is once again going to be in the hunt for a batting title. I am taking the RED Sox to win this game in Chicago.

O/U: Over 9.0

Winners: Red Sox -195

Toronto Blue Jays vs Los Angeles Angels

Starting Pitching: Aaron Sanchez vs Tyler Skaags

O/U: 8.5

The Angels are on a 3 game winning streak and have won 5 of their last 6. Without a doubt, they will extend that streak to 4 tonight. Being able to put 5 runs up on Marcus Stroman is very impressive. Mike Trout is having another amazing season and recorded another 3 RBIs in last night’s win. With the Blue Jays being one of the worst offensive teams in baseball (only hitting .228 (25th) as a team) I don’t see them scoring enough runs to keep up with LA, who scores an average of 4.7 runs per game. Tonight will be the Angels’ night, and I would even take the spread at -1.5.

O/U: Over 8.5

Winners: Angels -170

Betting mastermind. Didn't have the height or talent for sports but I can talk and pick them like a champ.
