NFL Week 4 Hit or Miss Bets

We are in full swing of the season, this is where we find out who all these teams really are.

Kansas City Chiefs @ Detroit Lions

Spread: Chiefs -7.0

O/U: 54.0

The Chiefs are still the best offense on the planet even with all their injuries, and I think they are going to continue their dominance in Detroit. Although I really like this Lions team, I don’t think they will be able to keep up with the Chiefs. Patrick Mahomes is continuing his amazing run by throwing for 10 touchdowns without a single interception. I think this is going to be a very high scoring game, and I actually love the over in this one, but I also like the Chiefs to cover the 7 points.

MY PICKS

Spread: Chiefs -7.0

O/U: Over 54.0

Winners: Chiefs -360

Carolina Panthers @ Houston Texans

Spread: Texans -4.5

O/U: 47.5

Sure Kyle Allen looked amazing last week, but that was against a really weak Arizona defense. This week he is going to have to deal with the likes of JJ Watt, and I think the pressure is going to get from him. The Texans offense is very explosive and can put up a lot of points. Deshaun Watson tends to be rusty in the first few weeks of the season, and I think he is going to be in a nice groove this weekend. I think 4.5 points is nothing in this game, and I have a feeling the Houston defense is going to get in Allen’s face and ultimately cause turnovers. I am taking the Texans to cover the -4.5.

MY PICKS

Spread: Texans -4.5

O/U: Under 47.5

Winners: Texans -225

Minnesota Vikings @ Chicago Bears

Spread: Bears -2.0

O/U: 38.0

I love the Vikings against the Bears, even in Chicago. I don’t care what his numbers were last week, Mitch Trubisky is simply a bad quarterback. The defense got him the ball about 2 feet from the endzone 3 times and made his job a lot easier. But I don’t think they will have the same success against this Minnesota offense. I know Kirk Cousins is known for not showing up in big games, but they also have the second-best rushing attack in the league, averaging 193.7 yards per game. Even against the Bears defense, Dalvin Cook should have a big game and take a lot of the pressure off Kirk. Plus, Chicago is not going to score a lot of points, so the Vikings shouldn’t need to throw the ball much to catch up. I also love the under in this game, so that is my favorite pick along with the Vikings covering.

MY PICKS

Spread: Vikings +2.0

O/U: Under 38.0

Winners: Vikings EVEN
